Ranch House

Kualoa Ranch HouseRanch House is a covered air conditioned pavilion with a large lawn overlooking Mokoliʻi Island (Chinaman’s Hat) and Kaneʻohe Bay. Pastures, corrals and a rodeo arena surround this versatile pavilion, creating an open, comfortable and rustic feel. See Pictures, Map

  • CAPACITY: Pavilion seats up to 300 guests, site capacity up to 1,000 guests.
  • LOCATION: Outdoor, beach, view of Mokoliʻi Island (Chinaman’s Hat) and Kaneʻohe Bay, faces north-east, direct morning light, late afternoon shade
  • USES: Weddings, social gatherings, corporate events/team-building, film & TV production
  • AVAILABILITY: 2-10pm, 7 days a week
  • PRICE: $1,500 a day Frid-Sunday and Holidays. up to 300 guests

Secret Island

Secret Island BeachSecret Island is a unique haven located just five minutes across our Ancient Hawaiian Fishpond and bordered by Kaneʻohe Bay. Mangroves and hau trees create an exciting labyrinth of trails leading to this secluded, white-sand beach, the only one in Kaneʻohe Bay. Amenities can include canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling, table tennis, beach volleyball, dining tents and more. Generators and lights may be required for night events. See Pictures, Map

  • CAPACITY: Site capacity up to 400 guests with picnic style seating available.
  • LOCATION: Outdoor, beach, view of Mokoli’i Island (Chinaman’s Hat) and Kaneʻohe Bay, faces north-east, direct morning light, late afternoon shade
  • USES: Weddings, social gatherings, corporate events/team-building, film & TV production
  • AVAILABILITY: 9am-10pm 7 days a week
  • PRICE: Group rates form 9am - 3pm from 16 guests up to 400 guests $20 per person for non-exclusive use. For exclusive and/or after hour rental of the island, please give us a call 808 282-3355. pOND BOAT AND DRIVER 3PM-10PM $200.00 Per hour.

Palikū Gardens

Paliku GardenPalikū Gardens is nestled 1,000 feet above Kualoa on the base of the Kualoa cliffs. It’s surrounded by tropical gardens and features panoramic ocean views. See Pictures, Map

  • CAPACITY: seats up to 160 guests in pavilion, site capacity up to 600 guests
  • LOCATION: Covered pavilion & 3-level terraced gardens, panoramic view of Mokoliʻi Island (Chinaman’s Hat) and Kaneʻohe Bay, faces north-east, direct morning light, late afternoon shade
  • USES: Weddings, social gatherings, small corporate events/team-building, film & TV production
  • AVAILABILITY: 10am - 10pm, 7 days a week
  • PRICE: $1,200 per day Mon-Thur up to 300 guests. $1,500 per day Fri-Sun/Holidays up to 300 guests. $5 per person for additional guests over 300.
  • PRICE PER HOUR: 2 hour mininum $200.00 per hr.

Moliʻi Pavilion & Gardens

Molii GardensMoli’i Gardens overlooks a 125-acre Ancient Hawaiian Fishpond, the largest and most well-preserved fishpond in Hawai’i. The site includes a covered pavilion, a main lawn area and a grand staircase that leads down to a lower garden area at the water’s edge. See Pictures, Map

  • CAPACITY: Seats up to 120 guests in covered pavilion, site capacity up to 300 guests
  • LOCATION: Covered pavilion & outdoor gardens, water’s edge view of Hawaiian Fishponds, faces north-east, direct morning light, late afternoon shade
  • USES: Weddings, social gatherings, small corporate events/team-building, film & TV production
  • AVAILABILITY:10am-10pm 7 days a week (special conditions apply please inquire.
  • PRICE: $1,200 per day Mon-Thur up to 300 guests. $1,500 per dayt Fri-Sun/Honidays up to 300 guests
  • PRICE PER HOUR: Hourly rentals are from Mon-Thur 9am-5pm 2hrs mininum $00 per hour

Hale Moliʻi

Hale MoliiHale Moliʻi is an open-air pavilion and lawn space bordered by our Ancient Hawaiian Fishpond and is ideal for social events, corporate incentive and team-building activities. Site consists of an open-air pavilion with men’s and women’s restrooms as well as a kitchen prep area. See Pictures, Map

  • CAPACITY: Pavilion seating up to 120 guests, site capacity up to 400 guests
